For each Sunday in summer 2008, the Diving Locker has organized a unique Sunday Dive Safari to an amazing dive site (either near Vancouver, on the Sunshine Coast, off Vancouver Island or on the Gulf Islands). These two-tank scuba safaris are lead by certified PADI Instructors and are ideal for divers of all levels.

This summer we will be organizing weekly fun dives that will take new and experienced divers to many local sites and visit other ones located up the Sunshine Coast. Divers will spend an afternoon at new sites all over the lower mainland and up the coast. We are also putting together weekend trips to Campbell River and Nanaimo, as well as day trips to dive some of the wrecks/artificial reefs that BC waters have to offer!

Local Diving Prices:
If you have all of your own gear, the cost is $20. This includes tanks, air, and guide. If you need to rent all equipment, the cost is $70. This includes the use of all rental equipment, and guide.
Sunshine Coast Prices:
If you have all of your own gear, the cost is $50. This includes tanks, air, transportation, ferry cost, and guide If you need to rent all equipment, the cost is $120. This includes the use of all rental equipment, transportation, ferry cost, and guide. |

For divers wanting to meet other scuba enthusists and make new friends.

*For local Sunday Safaris, divers will meet at the shop at 9am and carpool to the local dive sites. We will be returning to the shop in the late afternoon/early evening.
*For Sunshine Coast day trips, divers will meet at the shop at 6:15am, be transported in our store van to the Horseshoe Ferry terminal to catch the 7:30am ferry. We will be returning in the early evening for these Safaris. A maximum of 10 divers can be transported in the store van. |

under professionally guided supervision with organized logistics.

Many Sunday Safaris will be filmed by our videographer (topside and underwater).
Custom DVDs of your BC dive adventure will be available in NTSC and PAL formats.

LOGISTICS
1/ Divers must register by 3 PM the day before the Safari. Early booking is recommended as spaces are limited.
2/ Equipment rentals must be arranged by 3 PM Saturday.
3/ Meeting time at the Diving Locker will depend on the destination and tide conditions.
For local destinations the meeting time will usually be 9 AM. For destinations involving
ferry travel, the meet time will be announced (usually 6 AM). Safaris involving evening
and night dives will usually depart in the afternoon.
4/ Bring your personal dive gear, certification card, log book and lunch.
