SCUBA Tune Up, Refresher Courses
The Diving Locker offers several options for those certified divers whose skills have gotten rusty, or who would simply like to brush up before heading off on a dive holiday. Certain dive resorts require their diving patrons to show proof of recent dive activity (such as a PADI Refresher Course) before they take you diving. The PADI Refresher includes one evening lecture session and a pool session with an Instructor or Divemaster to review skills. Course price includes usage of all equipment necessary, and a PADI Scuba Tune-up Manual. Upon completion, participants receive a Scuba Review decal, which they can affix to their certification card or logbook, to show proof of their experience.
For those who simply want to hop in the pool with an Instructor or Divemaster and work on skills, The Diving Locker offers a one hour Pool Refresher. This can also be used by divers who have purchased new gear and would like to use our pool time to try it out in a controlled environment. Course price includes use of all gear, and can be done any night when there is an open water class being held.
A Deluxe Refresher includes one evening lecture and pool session, as well as two ocean dives (ocean dives done on the same day), with a PADI Instructor or Divemaster. Course price includes use of all equipment, as well as a PADI Scuba Tune-up Manual.
